-As soon as we receive your request, we will provide you with a detailed quote and after agreement you will receive:

●A booking contract which will set the conditions of your stay

●The "rooming list" to prepare the allocation of rooms

●The schedule of your activities

●The center / hotel’s notebook specifying its rules, procedures, practical arrangements, approvals, etc.

●A document dealing with the possibility to opt for cancellation insurance

-Upon arrival and after a welcome presentation by our team, you will be asked to deliver the following documents:

●The inventory of your accommodation

●The "rooming list" for the assignment of rooms by indicating names and gender of guests as well as types and numbers of rooms

●The plug bursar specifying the arrangement, any additional meals and picnics, special diets, etc...

●A Swimming competence certification as well as a valid license to practice canoeing and kayaking activities(optional) for watersports Professionals

-Post camping Follow up: When finishing the camp, it is highly appreciated that a balance sheet of your stay and a document which unveils any contradiction status of your accommodation will be communicated to us.
